Steel structures can be used in different functional buildings, including industrial building, commercial building, exhibition hall, hangar,showroom, gym, ect. The steel structure can be fabricated into different shape structures to meet different requiremen of the buildings. Meanwhile, elegant and nice cladding material can be applied to the building appearance.
Steel structure adopts Q355B welded H section steel, SHS,CHS, and Q235B C / Z type steel to combine or build framework. Roof and wall are color compressing corrugated steel sheet, Aluminum cladding, glass curtain wall, or color steel sandwich panel.
Q355B is one of low carbon alloy steel. Welded H section Q355B steel with high strength, stonger buckling resistance performance, can save 10%-15% material, 30%-40% weight of structure in buildings and 15%-20% weight of structure in bridge than hot-rolled H steel. Compare to hot-rolled H steel, welded H section steel have high-accuracy size performance, can be customized.
Portal rigid frame can be adopted in the net span being 15m~ 40m without middle pillars. While, arch truss frame can get large net span 50m ~ 110m even larger.
