Features:

 

Steel Frame—Ribbed column Box System, or RCB system for short: Working principle of the system is to connect steel beams and columns by high strength bolts to form ribbed column rigid wall and to enhance rigidity by fastening rod on the end, then all rigid walls combined further by wall connection to form a more stable box system.

 

Variety of structural steel can be combined according to the building span and tolerance changes through the computer-aided design, the amount of steel can be gradually reduced as the combinations increase. Unit shear wall is a unit of the structural system, and the load of the building can be evenly distributed and transmitted reasonably and effectively to avoid localized stress. The whole house steel structure is surrounded by the inorganic material ALC panel, it is a incombustible material, and can reach A grade fireproof requirement;

ALC panel and seamless body structure can form a fully enclosed space and effectively resist the cold , or hot weather;

 

3.Waterproof & Anti-rust

Full-enclosed waterproof system: to take multiple structural measures at key parts to prevent leakage risks;

More than 80% of the components use galvanized materials, to avoid oxidation and rust, the rational use of life is more than 50 years;

 

4.Energy-saving &Environmentally friendly

Thermal conductivity of ALC panel is 0.13W/(m.k), unique hollow structure approach is 30% better than the traditional structure in thermal insulation performance.

Dry construction and no construction waste can ensure the green environment. All materials can be recycled and removable for off-site reconstruction.

 

5.Comfortable &low carbon

High sound insulation performance (80 decibels outdoor, 40 decibels indoor), no radioactivity (exposure 12γμ / h).
