Prefabricated steel structural truss frame can be used in an industrial, agricultural or commercial building. The steel structure components are all prefabricated in workshop and only require assembled onsite without skilled labor, without affecting the quality and durability. And design allows for strength and sturdiness, protection against earthquakes and wind, and is relatively cheaper when compared to other material building. Steel structure widely applied to different functional buildings. The steel structure truss frame mostly wide used in long span building, with the advange of light weight, high strength, low cost and elegant appearance.
Steel structure adopts Q355B grade of welded H type steel, Q235B grade of steel square tube, as well as C/Z section steel to combine the framework. Roof and wall could apply colour bond steel sheet, sandwich panel, glass curtain wall, as well as aluminum cladding, depending on your different requirement.
Q355B is one of low carbon alloy steel. Welded H section Q355B steel with high strength, stonger buckling resistance performance, can save 10%-15% material, 30%-40% weight of structure in buildings and 15%-20% weight of structure in bridge than hot-rolled H steel. Compared to hot-rolled H steel, the welded H section steel have high-accuracy size performance, and the section dimension can be customized.
